Modeled after the original Scout campout, this event will focus on Scout Skills, including first aid, campsite setup, cooking, woods tools, knots, orienteering, nature, outdoor ethics, hiking, and citizenship. They will have the opportunity to complete many requirements for the Scout, Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, and 1st Class rank. Programs are led by older Scouts with Adults supervising. Scouts will also have time for games, fishing, and to explore camp. This event is open to current members of Troop 16 or Crew 16, and all Arrow of Light (AOL) Scouts. Non-Scouts may visit for the day but must register with the Troop if they want to camp.
