Get ready for Brown Sugar Events at Sea, a four-day Spring Break Throwback Experience aboard Carnival Radiance, celebrating DJ Lucky I Am’s Official Birthday Cruise from March 28–April 1, 2027.
Sailing from Long Beach, California, this upscale cruise experience brings together good people, tropical destinations, daytime competitions and unforgettable nighttime parties featuring the best R&B, hip-hop, reggae, dancehall and open-format music from the ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s.

Day 1 – Long Beach

Day 2 – Catalina Island
Daytime: Dominoes Competition
Nighttime: Hip-Hop Karaoke with DJ SB
Grab the microphone and perform your favorite hip-hop and R&B classics.
Day 3 – Ensenada, Mexico
Daytime: Duck Hunt Scavenger Hunt
Nighttime: Brown Sugar ’80s Night with DJ Lucky I Am
Celebrate the best ’80s, ’90s and early-2000s throwback R&B and hip-hop.
Day 4 – Fun Day at Sea
Daytime activity: To Be Announced
Nighttime: All-White Party with Grandmaster O

- Sunday, March 28: Depart Long Beach at 3:30 PM
- Monday, March 29: Catalina Island from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Tuesday, March 30: Ensenada from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday, March 31: Fun Day at Sea
- Thursday, April 1: Return to Long Beach at 8:00 AM

This is a closed-loop cruise departing from and returning to Long Beach. Travel-document requirements depend on citizenship and individual circumstances. Every guest must confirm current documentation requirements directly with Carnival before sailing.
