Broker Queens of Adelaide – 4 Colours at Work 🌈Ever wondered why some people want to get straight to the point, others want to talk it through, some need time and reassurance, while others want all the facts before making a decision?
Our next Broker Queens of Adelaide session is all about understanding the different personalities we work with every day - our colleagues, clients, referral partners and even ourselves!
Using the fun and interactive 4 Colours personality framework, we’ll explore 🔴 Fiery Red, 🟡 Sunshine Yellow, 🟢 Earth Green and 🔵 Cool Blue.
You’ll discover your own dominant communication style, learn how to recognise the styles of others, and most importantly, learn how to adapt the way you communicate, delegate and build relationships.
This will be a practical, interactive 2-hour workshop - not two hours of sitting and listening!
Expect a quick personality profile, group activities, plenty of laughs and some genuinely useful insights you can take straight back into your business.
For those who want to kick on - bar is open and I will certainly be there celebrating end of a great year!
Because great communication isn’t about treating everyone the same - it’s about understanding what different people need from you.
