Shelly Kaushik is Senior Economist and Vice President at BMO Economics, researching the Canadian and regional economies, fiscal policy, and country risk. Before joining BMO in 2020, she worked on fiscal policy at the Department of Finance Canada. She holds economics degrees from the University of Waterloo and Queen's University. Her session will focus on the economic landscape and the context mortgage professionals need for informed conversations with clients and referral partners.

Larry Kozak is a speaker and coach with The Mike Ferry Organization. He joined the organization in 1990 and became a coach in 1999, helping thousands of agents develop their businesses. His coaching emphasizes consistency, productive habits, follow-up, and a strong mindset. Join Larry for a session on coaching and mindset, with a focus on bringing renewed discipline and energy to your business.

Daniel Foch is a real estate professional, podcast host, Habistat founder, and brokerage owner whose work connects market insight with technology. Through HomiesAI, he is helping real estate professionals use AI to support research, content, follow-up, and everyday business workflows. His session will explore AI, technology, and HomiesAI—and what mortgage professionals can learn from the changing tools around them.
