Listen up, crew! Dan has crunched the numbers, checked the tides, and officially traded the southern winter for some glorious Queensland warmth. On Friday, October 30th, we are invading Brisbane! We’re swapping our heavy winter coats for riverside breezes, wandering the best spots along the water, and finishing at a legendary brewery—and we’re even throwing in a free boat ride just because we can.
This isn’t just a stroll; it’s a tactical mission to dominate the Brisbane riverfront, cruise the waters like absolute royalty, and descend upon a den of crisp beers and wood-fired pizzas.

We aren't just walking; we’re navigating the river city’s scenic paths like we're on a quest for the ultimate Friday night social session.
- The Launchpad: We meet at the iconic Old Fig Tree. It’s the law that we take a group photo under the canopy before we launch our assault on the riverfront.
- The Riverside Wander: We’ll wander along the gorgeous Brisbane River, taking in the water views, epic city reflections, and just enough steps to justify a massive dinner later.
- The Naval Maneuver: We’ll march our way to the New Farm Park Ferry Terminal, where we ditch the footpower and board the ferry! We’ll cruise down the river like the absolute legends we are, letting the water breeze do the work.
- The Final Descent: The ferry drops us right at the doorstep of Felons Brewing Co. nestled directly under the grand Story Bridge for our evening social session.

We aren't finishing at just any pub; we’re heading to Felons. Sitting right on the water at Howard Smith Wharves, this place is an absolute powerhouse of good vibes. Imagine freshly brewed beers, epic pizzas, and a buzzing Friday night atmosphere right under the glowing lights of the Story Bridge. It’s vibrant, it’s scenic, and it’s the ultimate setting for drinks and catching up with the crew.

- Footwear: 👟 Actual walking shoes. Leave the thongs at home for the walk—we've got some ground to cover!
- Hydration: 💧 1L of water. Brisbane is beautiful, but dehydration is not.
