This workshop offers an opportunity to discover shamanic approaches to inner healing in a welcoming, interactive setting. Whether you're curious about shamanism, interested in personal development, or a helping professional wishing to explore different perspectives on inner healing, you're welcome.
No previous experience is required. All practices are substance-free.
🌿 About the facilitator
I'm Eirini Kapsidou (Sunbird), and I've been engaged with shamanic traditions for nearly three decades. My approach draws on years of study, personal practice and experience, alongside training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
