About this Event
These workshops aim to provide educators a shared space to explore, reflect, and
deepen their understanding of Aistear in a collaborative and meaningful way that
reflects their lived experiences and unique contexts.
In Workshop 1 - We will explore Aitear's image of babies, toddlers and young children, reflect on what this means for your practice and identify practical ways to bring this image to life in your unqiue setting.
In Workshop 2 - We will explore Aistear's image of the educator as agentic, competent, confident and reflective. Considering how to intententionally interpret and enact Aistear within your setting and identify practical ways to strengthen your agency as an educator.
