Come along to this much loved Baby Massage Course at the lovely Loft Studios in the heart of the North Laines in Brighton.Lucy has been teaching this ever popular course to parents in the city for 15 years.
It is a rich and nourishing experience for you and baby, blending massage strokes, reflexology and movement to treat your baby to a full body massage.
Suitable from around 6 weeks to 6 months (by the time the course has finished) baby must be non mobile for this course. Each week we gradually build upon the strokes until you have a lovely routine to do at home.
Your baby is introduced gently and mindfully to the new experience, and you have the opportunity to absorb it all at an easy pace. Classes are very informal where you can connect with other like-minded parents and carers and feel supported.
The price of the course is: £69 for 5 x in-person sessions.
To help you continue baby massage at home, a beautifully illustrated class guide is available to purchase. It includes all the routines taught during the course and comes with a complimentary 5ml bottle of coconut oil for £7.95.
Missed classes can be made up by swapping between Tuesdays and Thursdays or at the next course.
