Learn how to make your own Brie and Neufchâtel! Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching the lost art of home cheesemaking for over 10 years, and learn how to make your own Brie and Neufchâtel. This is a hands-on style, taste, touch and feel class where Paula will take students through the process of ripening Traditional Brie. Advanced cheese making techniques are discussed and cultures and ingredients to make your own at home are included. Paula demystifies the process of making your own home made cheeses. Her classes are comprehensive, yet fun!
Students must register in advance. All Gabriola Island classes are held at Madd Acres, my hobby farm. All supplies included. No experience necessary.
