Join Bridget Horan (they/them) of Ever New Psychotherapy and Dr. Sam Leonetti (she/her) in a conversation about pain with sex, how pelvic floor PT and sex therapy can help, and how to bridge the gap from medical grade tools to pleasure and toys. Bridget and Sam will talk through the anatomy of the pelvic floor, how pain is processed in the body, the uses and benefits of different tools, and how to create comfort for the body and mind around intercourse. We will then move through some relaxation poses for our bodies and nervous systems.
