About this Event
Meet us at SPRO Coffee on Western Rd at 9am for the run!
If you have bags and coats to drop, please arrive at 8.50am to pop inside the cafe, ready for the run at 9am. Belongings are left at your own risk!!
All runs are around a 6/6.30 pace per km. Please feel comfortable to be able to run all events <3
On each run we stop at 2.5km to ensure we stay together as a group! We are a super open team to new runners just starting our their running journey or here for all the marathon trainers wanting some buddys✨❤️
Post run there will be £3 drinks thanks to the AMAZING team at Spro✨ They really do have the best coffee!!!
Feel free to stay for coffee or match post run and carry on the yap!
