You'll get hands-on with a selection of recipes that may include a smooth vanilla and coconut cold brew, a bright berry and citrus blend, a warmly spiced drink with cinnamon and ginger, and a refreshing herbal citrus creation — with the exact lineup shaped by seasonal ingredients and what's on hand. Along the way you'll pick up techniques like layering flavors, balancing sweetness and acidity, and finishing a drink with the right garnish, so you can keep experimenting long after class ends.
