Join us for an evening of Breathwork, Reiki & Sound Healing at Allebach Photography with Nina Moran, Erika Letita and Mike Allebach! Immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the power of breath, energy healing, and soothing sounds. This in-person event will help you release tension, balance your energy, and find deep relaxation. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned pro, this event is open to all levels. Come as you are and let the healing begin!
This practice may be especially supportive if you:
- Want to find peace and let go of stress
- Have experienced trauma (no rehashing, just releasing energy & emotion)
- Struggle with depression or anxiety
- Are seeking to explore deeper states of consciousness
- Feel ready to release thought or behavior patterns that no longer serve you
- Are on a journey of healing emotional, mental, or spiritual wounds
What to Bring:
You’ll be lying on the floor for the duration of the session, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported. Bring water as well.
Please Note:
Avoid eating a heavy meal within two hours prior to the practice.
