Join Gabby Turner (G the Green Witch) for a somatic breathwork and Reiki energy healing practice to reconnect with your body, mind, and heart.
Breathwork is a self-healing practice that utilizes dynamic breath to safely release stuck energy, emotions, and chronic inflammation from the body.
Breathwork empowers you to integrate and transcend stories of trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, shame, and stress by healing on a deep subconscious and nervous system level.
Breathwork Groups may not be the right fit for you if...
1. You have a history of acute complex PTSD, panic attacks, and require a high level of 1:1 support
2. You've recently been hospitalized due to psychiatric disorders
3. You're prone to seizures
4. You have a sensory processing disorder(particularly to sound)
If you identify with any of the above, a private 1:1 healing session might be a better fit.
