Join Amanda Eller for a supportive evening of breathwork and sound healing. We’ll begin with a guided rhythmic breathing practice while lying down. The breath can help you to connect with what you're holding, move through what feels stuck, and find a little more space in the body and mind. You’re welcome to bring whatever is present for you, with nothing you need to figure out or force. From there, we’ll settle into a sound healing meditation with crystal singing bowls and chimes. This is time to rest, receive, and let the experience settle—with the hope that you leave feeling refreshed, more connected to yourself, and grounded.
You don’t need any experience to participate, beginners are welcome. Amanda will guide you along the way, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace.
Bring a yoga mat, an eye covering, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy and comfortable, like a blanket.
Suggested donation: $25 ($15 minimum)
