Rooted in the Humesis Method by IceTribe , this immersive experience blends the elements to awaken resilience and restore balance. Breath (Air) opens the journey — guided techniques to energise, calm, and prepare body and mind. Ice (Water) follows, challenging you to meet the cold with presence, igniting your inner Fire of focus and will. The sauna (Fire) soothes, relaxes, and completes the cycle of stress and release. Through acute temperature contrasts, breathwork, and mindful recovery, you’ll reset your nervous system, build adaptability, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and grounded.
What to expect:
* Guided functional breathwork and holistic breathing exercises.
* Ice bath immersion with safe, supportive coaching ( lots of Ice)
* Sauna integration and recovery rituals
* Science-based insights on breath, cold, heat adaptation & Movement
What to bring / how to prepare: Swimwear, towel, water bottle, light comfortable clothing, and an open mind.
Level of difficulty: Medium – accessible for all with adaptations available.
