A breathwork class to help you learn powerful breathing tools, release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded
About this Event

Learn Powerful Breath Tools + Somatic Techniques to Reset & Renew

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have.

It can help calm your nervous system.
It can help bring you back into your body.
It can support focus, emotional balance, energy, and clarity.
And the beautiful part is… it’s always with you.

Breathwork Origins was created for anyone who wants to better understand the breath and learn how to use it intentionally as a tool for healing, grounding, and everyday life.

This class blends ancient and modern breathwork practices, including Pranayama and somatic-based breathing techniques, to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build confidence in your own breath practice.

You’ll learn the foundation of powerful breathwork tools, understand the purpose behind each technique, and experience how your breath can shift the way you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This class is perfect for anyone navigating stress, overwhelm, creative blocks, low energy, emotional heaviness, or a busy mind… and for anyone curious about using breathwork as a simple, accessible way to reset and reconnect.

No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

What You’ll Experience

Each class will focus on one breathwork style, either Pranayama or a somatic-based breathwork practice, so you can learn with intention instead of feeling overwhelmed.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding movement, such as Qi-Gong and fascial release, to help loosen tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for deeper breathing.

From there, you’ll learn 2–3 focused breath techniques, including how they work, why they are used, and how you can apply them in real life.

Then, you’ll be guided through a 20–25 minute breathwork practice with optional breath holds, followed by grounding, sound integration, journaling, and optional sharing.

By the end of class, you’ll have more than just a peaceful experience. You’ll leave with breath tools you can take with you into your week.
