Through an active two-part breath, you'll move stagnant emotions, energy, and stored stress out of your body โ the same way a tough workout pushes you past your current limitations.
Youโll create space for deeper calm, faster recovery, and a stronger connection to what your body is telling you. The nervous system isnโt separate from your training โ it is your training. When you regulate it, you recover better, perform better, and build capacity that the barbell alone can't give you.
Breathwork is powerful on its own. But breathing collectively, in a room full of people who refuse to half-ass things, amplifies everything your body can release and receive.
No experience is needed. Melissa will guide you through the entire session.
This session is for you if:
โข You train hard and want deeper recovery
โข You want to build your nervous system the same way lifting builds muscle
โข You're ready to challenge yourself in a different way and leave feeling grounded, clear, emotionally, mentally, and physically
What to bring:
โข Yoga mat
โข Blanket or layers (temperature shifts during breathwork are normal)
โข Water
โข A journal if you like to process that way โ or just plan to head straight home. Either is perfect.
