On November 27th, we invite you into a deeply immersive evening designed to support healing, transformation, and embodied integration. This gathering weaves two powerful modalities — connected holotropic breathwork and somatic movement — into one arc of awakening, release, grounding, and belonging.
We begin with deep connected holotropic breathwork led by Jackie. Breathwork is a potent doorway into the inner landscape: it softens emotional barriers, clears stagnant energy, and opens pathways for insight, release, and nervous system recalibration. Many experience breathwork as a journey — one that reveals what the mind protects, allowing long‑held patterns, grief, tension, and emotional weight to move toward resolution. It is a practice that supports clarity, emotional freedom, and the possibility of profound inner shift.
Following this journey, Olivia will guide an embodied somatic movement practice to help anchor what the breath has opened. Somatic movement is essential for integration — it supports grounding, emotional processing, and nervous system settling, allowing the body to gently metabolize the experience. Movement helps translate breathwork’s revelations into embodied understanding, creating stability, coherence, and deeper connection to self.
Together, these modalities form a powerful sequence: awakening, releasing, then returning home to the body with steadiness and presence.
We close the evening in community, with time for sharing, connection, nourishing foods, and warm teas. Healing deepens when witnessed. Integration strengthens when held in circle.
Community reminds us that transformation is not meant to be walked alone — it is meant to be supported, honoured, and shared.
