Slow down, breathe with intention, and come back to yourself.
This intimate workshop pairs two powerful practices. We begin with a guided breathwork session on the mat, where you'll learn to use your breath to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.
From there, we move into contrast therapy, alternating between the warmth of the infrared sauna and the reset of the cold plunge. Heat and cold, intentionally paired for recovery.
Breathe deeper. Recover stronger. Leave feeling reset.

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle
No experience needed. Beginners are welcome.
Good to know
Breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have a history of seizures, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions. Please consult your doctor if you're unsure. A waiver is required.
Spots are limited to 10. Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event but are transferable to a friend.
