Autumn arrives as an invitation to return to ourselves.
Here we take a big exhale, reflect on the year that we have just moved through, and prepare ourselves for the next season.
In this inimate Breathwork & Fire Ceremony we'll gather in community to honor this seasonal turning point through guided breathwork, ritual, and the elemental medicine of fire.
Breath is the bridge to help move stagnant emotion, awaken clarity, soften the nervous system, and reconnect us to the wisdom within. The fire ceremony offers a space for release and transformation: old stories, grief, fear, burnout, patterns, or anything weighing heavy on the heart can be offered to the flames with intention.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice which supports you in clearing energy within the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.
This can result in profound and dramatic healing in many forms.
- Experience increased feelings of safety, joy, love and empowerment
- Understand and shift long-held patterns and beliefs that no longer benefit you
- Improve your emotional understanding and regulation, leading to stronger, more satisfying relationships with others and with yourself
Each journey is a very unique experience which will give you new insights, clarity and healing. You will be guided by music and supported by trained Breathwork practitioners.

FACILITATOR
Krystal Charlotte is the founder of Journey into Breath, and a practitioner of emotional release and nervous system rebalancing. She has spent the last 12 years dedicated to inner work, healing, and navigating a deeper connection with life through the ceremony, medicine circles, movement practices and yoga.
Her journey has brought her a deep love of supporting others coming back home to the wisdom of their bodies, integrating their emotions, and tuning into their hearts.
Through Breathwork we have the power to become our own greatest healers and remember who we truly are.
She is honoured to guide, teach and share space with those on their own inner journey.
