Join us for a small-group New Moon Breathwork Ceremony, created for those with some previous experience in up-regulating styles of breathwork.
We’ll work with Conscious Connected Breathwork to explore the breath as a pathway into deeper awareness, connection, and inner exploration.
This practice can support emotional processing, greater clarity, nervous system health, and a deeper connection with the body and self.
As we gather in the energy of the New Moon, there will be space to slow down, turn inward, and connect with what you’re ready to release, shift, or call forward in the next cycle.
Optional hands-on facilitation will be offered throughout the ceremony for those who would like additional support and grounding.
A little previous experience with any up-regulating style of breathwork is enough to join us. If you’re new to breathwork but feel called to participate, please reach out to myself or Deeya about setting up a private introductory session to familiarize yourself with the practice, before joining the group ceremony.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
