Join us for a one-hour Breathwork & Sound Bath in downtown Toronto, the perfect way to pause, recharge, and feel like yourself again.
In just 60 minutes, you’ll be guided out of fight-or-flight and into a state of calm, clarity, and flow. Through science-backed breathwork techniques and the soothing sounds of crystal quartz bowls and koshi chimes, you’ll release tension, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply relaxed.
We’ll be using the Conscious Connected Breathing pattern, an intentional inhale and exhale through the mouth (similar to Wim Hof and Holotropic styles of breathwork). This powerful method has been scientifically shown to create both psychological and physiological shifts in the body, helping participants experience a profound release and energetic reset.

Everyone is welcome, all genders and experience levels (including complete beginners).

- Yoga mat (you can bring a towel or extra blanket if you don't have a yoga mat)
- Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in

🚪 Venue & Parking:
The entrance to the studio is located at the back of the building on Grange Ave (no entry from Spadina). It is the red door and walk up the stairs to level 3. Green P parking is available on Grange Ave and behind the building.
