This immersive breathwork and sound experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.Through guided breathwork, you’ll be led to gently regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity and ease. As the breath opens the body, layers of sound, which can include crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments will carry you into a deeply restorative state, supporting rest, integration, and inner listening.
