Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and drop into a guided experience of breath, sound, and embodiment.Join Bryn Thompson and Charlie Gates for this workshop that combines somatically informed breathwork with a live, electro-acoustic improvised soundscape. Rather than simply listening, you’ll be invited to notice how breath, sound, rhythm, and vibration influence your experience. Through guided breathwork and somatic practices, you’ll explore different ways of connecting with your body and nervous system, while the live soundscape evolves around you in real time.
No previous breathwork or meditation experience is required. Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself space to slow down, tune in, and experience something new.
