About this Event
It’s been a little while since we’ve been in a room together, and I’ve missed it. On November 15, I’m bringing us back together for an afternoon of breathwork, honest conversation, laughter, and connection.
Join me, Jodie Baudek, for Get Out of Your Own Way! Come take a breath, reconnect with yourself, and explore what’s possible when you stop letting old stories make your decisions.
We’ll begin with a guided breathwork session to slow down and create space. Then we’ll come together for a lively conversation about the patterns, excuses, and limitations that keep us feeling stuck—and how we can begin moving beyond them.
Expect real talk, a few loving nudges, and practical perspectives you can carry into everyday life. As always, there’s no judgment and no competition. Just room to show up as you are.
