With active pranayama, or conscious breath. If you think you’ve done this before, think again. Breathwork will clear stagnation of the body and open pathways to new thought and energy. It will also support you in letting go of unnecessary belief structures, and allow you to drop back into the being of who you are. It clears negative energies and outdated, unhelpful patterns. It releases trauma, grief and pain carried from childhood, our parents, and our ancestors. Breathwork can soften anger, shame, guilt, worry, and anxiety.
Allow the sound bowls to knit your energies back to calm, clarity, and connection. Reset your nervous system back to its natural state and live the life you were meant to live. Drop out of the mind and into the heart.

Experience a guided breathwork sound healing session with Dana Damara. After which you will have time to journal what came up for you. Dana will discuss the power behind the marriage of breathwork and bowls.
