Honestly? This hour is one of my favorite things I get to share with people. We'll start with breathwork — nothing complicated, just your breath doing what it was always meant to do. It calms the noise, loosens what's been tight, and brings you into the present moment and back into your body in a way that's hard to describe until you feel it.
Then we'll move into the sound bath. You just lie there and let the vibrations do the work. People always tell me afterward that the sounds helped them quiet their minds, and feel more relaxed or less stressed.
You don't need to have any experience with this. You don't need to be spiritual, or flexible, or have your life together. You just need to show up. Your breath and the sounds take care of the rest.
