Breathwork and Sound

Our breath is always with us, yet we rarely take a moment to notice it. It connects us to the present moment and offers a simple way to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with ourselves.

How does it work :

• Arrive & settle in (we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early)
• A brief welcome + gentle grounding

• In this 60 minute session, you’ll be guided through conscious breathing to release built-up tension, bring awareness to the body, and create space away from the busyness of everyday life.
• As the active breathing practice gently comes to a close, you’ll be invited to rest in a restorative sound journey, allowing the body to integrate the experience while the nervous system settles into a state of calm and renewal.
• No previous experience is needed. Whether you’re seeking more energy, emotional clarity, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, this session offers a safe and supportive environment to explore the transformative power of the breath.

What to bring

• Yoga mat or something to lie on (if you don't have one, we have them for you)
• Bottle water
• Cozy blanket (the body can cool down when it relaxes)
• Pillow / eye mask (optional, but heavenly)

• This is a quiet, restful space. Please silence your phone and arrive on time.
• Sound baths may not be ideal if you’re extremely sound-sensitive. If you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker/implanted device, a seizure disorder, or a medical concern, consider checking with your healthcare professional first.

Come reconnect, reset your nervous system, and dissolve into a deeply restorative sound healing experience. It is time to align with your true inner self.
