Breathwork and Community Circle

Join us in person for a relaxed session of breathwork combined with a warm community circle. It's the perfect way to reconnect with yourself and others, share vibes, and unwind together. No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind!

What to expect:

-6:30 arrive and get comfortable

-6:45 breathwork ceremony

-7:45 refreshments and sharing circle if you would like to stay and connect

What to bring: yoga mat, comfy non-restrictive clothing, blanket, pillow, journal (all will be provided if you can not bring your own)
