Breathwork & Art Therapy Workshop
Reset. Release. Realign.
Join us for a creative and restorative workshop that combines the power of conscious breathing with art therapy to support self-reflection, creative expression, and emotional well-being.
Through guided breathwork practices, you’ll have an opportunity to slow down, connect with your body, and create space for greater awareness. You’ll then explore your experience through an intuitive art therapy practice.
This workshop offers a welcoming space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and leave with a deeper sense of connection, creativity, and calm.
No prior breathwork or art experience is required.
What to expect from the session:
- A guided 45-minute conscious breathwork journey to music, run by Tara, a certified breathwork facilitator.
- A 50-minute body mapping exercise, facilitated by Lise, an Art Therapist
