About this Event
Calm your mind and restore balance in this guided pranayama and sound healing experience. This class weaves together intentional breathwork and immersive sound to help regulate the nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space for clarity and ease.
We’ll begin with gentle, guided pranayama techniques designed to bring awareness to the breath and shift the body out of stress response. As the breath deepens and steadies, it signals the body to move into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state, supporting both physical and mental restoration.
From there, you’ll be guided into a sound healing journey using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, and chimes. These vibrations can help entrain the brain into slower wave states often associated with meditation and deep rest, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to soften.
This experience is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to reset, release emotional or physical tension, or simply take time to reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to your breath, with a greater sense of inner stillness and balance.
