Take an hour to pause, breathe, and restore.Join us for a guided Breathwork & Sound Facilitation Workshop designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect. Through intentional breathwork and immersive sound healing, you'll be guided through a calming experience that supports mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation.
Using conscious breathing techniques and the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, metal bowls, and chimes, this workshop creates space to release stress, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself.

Whether you're new to breathwork or have an existing practice, this session is designed to meet you where you are. You're always encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and participate at your own comfort level.

$25 per guest
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to check in, get settled, and set up before the workshop begins. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle for your comfort during the experience.
