Guided breathwork in downtown Gainesville. Mondays at 6:15pm. Come as you are. No experience needed.
About this Event

You already know how to keep everything running. What you may have lost track of is what it feels like to be tended to without having to hold anything up.

This is an hour where nothing is required of you.

SOMA Breath® combines rhythmic breathing, music, and guided meditation.
I facilitate, the breath does the work. Simply sit or lie down, follow the rhythm of the music, and your body moves toward a different state than the one you arrived in.

No experience with breathwork is needed.

You do not need to be flexible, calm, spiritual, or good at meditating. You need to be able to lie down and breathe.

I'm Gerri, a SOMA Breath Facilitator and leadership coach. I came to this work through my own burnout.

I building this community because I know what it costs to keep going without ever putting yourself on the list.

We meet at Hilda Hair Salon, a place you may already come to be cared for. Now you can come back and enjoy it in a different way.
