Join Tammy Patterson of Living Life the ACG Way® for an intimate afternoon of conscious breathwork, guided reflection and soul-centered journaling.
Through intentional breathing, you’ll be invited to slow down, release mental and emotional tension, and create space to hear what your inner wisdom has been trying to tell you. We’ll then move into guided journaling using the Living Life the ACG Way® journal, designed to cultivate greater Awareness, Consciousness and Gratitude during this present season of your life.
If you already own the Living Life the ACG Way® journal, please bring it with you. Journals will also be available for purchase at the event.
Mystic Coffee offers coffee, teas and snacks that participants may purchase and enjoy during the experience.
This experience will include:
• Guided breathwork
• Grounding and mindfulness
• Reflective journaling prompts
• Quiet space for personal insight
• Intention-setting and integration
No previous breathwork or journaling experience is necessary. Simply arrive as you are—with an open heart and a willingness to breathe, reflect and reconnect.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Tammy Patterson is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Sound and Energy Therapy Practitioner, author of the Living Life the ACG Way® journal, and creator of Living Life the ACG Way®—Awareness, Consciousness and Gratitude.
Her experiences are designed to help participants slow down, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, meditation, sound and intentional reflection.
Healing happens when we slow down and listen.
