What is the purpose of this program?November invites us to cultivate Breath in ourselves and the world. Through guided imagery and sound, this experience creates space for your heart to open and receive the nurturing qualities of joy, discovery, and connection.
What is guided imagery?
Meditation is an opening conversation between your mind, body, and breath. As these elements come into harmony, the imagination widens, the body softens, and the breath naturally slows—allowing a deeper sense of presence and connection to unfold.
Guided imagery uses visualization to help you open to your inner landscape, deepen appreciation for your gifts and relationships, and settle into relaxation. It supports balance, peace, and overall well-being, including more restful sleep.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is an immersive experience that supports opening in both the body and mind through vibration. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tingshas create resonant tones that gently guide the nervous system toward balance.
Crystal singing bowls correspond with the seven chakras, supporting energetic alignment and creating space for healing, integration, and openness.
