About this Event

To walk further, we must walk together.

Anyone who has walked the path of healing would know it can be a painfully lonely and isolating one. Although therapy-speak has become common, thanks to social media, not many around can truly understand the journey or hold space for our experiences. Breathe in Unity was born out of a deep wish and desire to be a safe space for those on the healing journey.

A space where people will be met as they are and allowed to be their authentic selves.

No masks, no pretences, no need to hide yourself. Together, we will breathe gently and come home to ourselves. We will remember the gifts, blessings and lessons of our journey through our conversations, stories and silence. Expect tea, art, journalling, heartfelt sharing and a safe place to be.

A moment of rest and rejuvenation is not for the weak, but for those who know they must receive nourishment to heal, to continue their sacred journey of continuous self-discovery and becoming. I welcome you to this beautiful circle to meet yourself and receive heart medicine with the sound of water soothing your soul.

Programme:

  • Go-with-the-flow meditation
  • Art reflection
  • Sharing while snacking
  • Journalling with prompts
  • Beach clean up

19th September 2026 (every third Saturday of the month)

10 - 1130am

East Coast Park (Meet at Siglap Canal Lookout Deck)

$15/pax

Bring your journal, a water bottle, gloves (for the beach clean-up) and an open mind. When we allow ourselves to expect the unexpected, we allow magic into our lives.

Why are we doing a beach clean-up?

The impact of the inner work is often amplified when we combine it with actions in the physical world. The act of cleaning up our environment is akin to releasing all the junk, negative thoughts, old attachments and memories that no longer serve us. As we clear the litter, we are helping ourselves to release our inner clutter and making space for a happier and more pleasant inner world, which is reflected in the eternal one. In addition, cleaning up the beach is our way of taking care of our home and deepening our relationship with the living world. The more we do so, the more our lives are enriched and supported, from the inside out. :)

Hope to see you!

More about the facilitator:

I’m Anastasia Tham, an Akashic Records Guide and Intuitive Healer with a wild and rebellious heart. I love a good cup of tea, the sound of anything that the wind moves (ie leaves, waves) and a night sky full of stars. Most importantly, I love being moved to tears by a good story. My healing journey began in 2013 after the death of my beloved cat, Mew Mew. She had a powerful connection to Egypt and was the first to encourage me to learn Animal Communication and Reiki. Since then, my journey has been guided by Spirit, who speaks to me in various ways, including the whispers of my heart. My approach is divinely feminine, heart-led and people-focused. I am trained to help people access their Akashic Records to facilitate their self-discovery and transformation.

Here are some photos of the circles I've facilitated over the years! :)
