Conscious connected breathwork in Brighton. Small group healing for stress, anxiety & clarity. Trauma-informed practice. Shift the narrative
About this Event

Breathe, Feel, Release, Heal: Conscious Connected Breathwork in Brighton this Saturday at 11:00 AM.

Experience small group healing for relief from stress, anxiety, and clarity with a trauma-informed practice.

Leave your to do list at home for a couple of hours and join a small group of like minded Conscious Connected Breathwork and Embodiment practitioners (yes, this IS you ) and experience 2 hours of a powerful embodiment and transformational breathwork practise which will help shift old holding patterns in body and mind and narratives that no longer serve you. It is common to leave feeling more energised, hopeful and clear about the next step forward.

I will guide you through this breath practise at a pace that is right for your levels of resilience and resourch, no pushing or shoving into overwhelming experiences, although you may experience altered states of consciousness.

Each person will have a unique journey and will get the medicine that is needed in their session.

Your body will guide the way, supported by the breath and reveal it's deep wisdom to you .

This is an opportunity in which to get into a more connected and intimate relationship with yourself and can be life changing. ( I can personally vouch for this!)

There will be a playful mix of movement, journalling, embodied enquiry, functional breathwork as well as the conscious connected breathwork practise itself

This is deeper than your usual relaxation class.

Curious? Why not try something new this weekend? If you are a seasoned Breathwork and Embodiment practioner, come along and be held by someone new .

I look forward to welcoming you and guiding you on your journey into relationship with your deeper self.
