Songs For The Heart with Cacao Ceremony

We will open the space with a grounding cacao ceremony by Joshua at the Cacao Cove.

Setting intentions for the practice ahead, slowing down to connect with the medicine of cacao.

Cacao will help to open our hearts and ground us into the space so that we can connect more deeply to ourselves, to eachother and the songs/mantras that will follow.

Whether you're new or experienced to cacao, come with an open heart and mind. You will be guided with love and presence.

Followed by a 2 hour singing circle -

Songs For The Heart is an offering that weaves ancient devotional singing practices with modern day magic! We will sing Kirtan mantra’s and heart songs from all traditions and cultures.

This offering is for everyone, you don't have to have any singing or kirtan experience, just some curiouty and a desire to meet yourself a little deeper.
