We have separated the workshop into 2 sessions.
Join us for a fun and hands-on gyoza wrapping workshop where you’ll learn how to make one of Japan’s most beloved comfort foods from scratch. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just love dumplings, this relaxed session is all about learning, sharing, and enjoying good food together.
Our team will guide you step by step through the wrapping process, showing you folding techniques and tips to help you create beautifully pleated gyoza. Everyone will have plenty of time to practise — most participants make around 10–15 gyozas each (or more depending on how quickly everyone wraps!), so you’ll definitely leave feeling satisfied.
Your ticket also includes a warm bowl of miso soup or hot tea, plus a portion of rice to enjoy alongside the gyoza eveeryone makes.
This workshop is designed to be relaxed and social, making it a great opportunity to meet new people, try something new, and spend time enjoying comforting Japanese food in a friendly setting.
