Tiffany is a Certified Garden Consultant, herbal educator, and owner of REHL Herbs Garden Consulting & Apothecaries. With over 16 years of organic gardening experience, she enjoys helping others build confidence using herbs through practical, hands-on education.
During this workshop you’ll learn:
•Herbs traditionally used to support seasonal respiratory wellness
•The benefits of herbal steam blends and how they’re traditionally used
•How to safely prepare and enjoy an herbal steam at home
•Tips for customizing your own blend
You’ll leave with:
•Your own custom herbal shower steam blend
•A recipe card
•Instructions for making future blends at home
How to use your steam blend will be explained during this workshop. You will learn additional ways to enjoy your custom herbal steam blend beyond its traditional use.

We need a minimum of 4 sign ups to host this event, and can hold up to 6 people!
