We'll begin with an optional cup of ceremonial-grade Criollo cacao from Peru. Made from minimally processed whole cacao beans, it contains naturally occurring theobromine and has a rich history of ceremonial use. We'll enjoy it mindfully while setting an intention for the evening.
Then settle into a three-part breathwork journey:
Ground: Arrive in your body through gentle breathing
Breathe: Explore conscious connected breathing accompanied by immersive music
Integrate: Rest, reflect, and return to a natural breathing rhythm
No experience necessary. Everything is guided, and you're always welcome to breathe at your own pace.
Bring your favorite blanket, wear your coziest clothing, and come as you are. Let's get cozy!
