Move, stretch, and get creative!! Replenish after the morning class and workshop with brunch and bevies!
Start with an uplifting movement session designed to leave you feeling energized and grounded.
Afterwards, you have an option to join a cowboy hat making workshop where you can bring your creativity to the table! Choose and customize your very own cowboy hat with your choice of designs, colours, and embellishments. Your hat is ready-made, the fun part is making it uniquely yours!
After your workshop, relax and refuel with a delicious brunch!

The workshop is a separate cost with a variety of options and can be paid for on the day!
