About this Event
The fourth trimester is a huge transition for both mom and baby and it doesn’t stop there. This class gives you practical tools to reconnect with your body, support your nervous system, and connect with your baby—all together. This class is for postpartum moms with babies 0-1.
This class is being offered as a way to support moms and babies postpartum. If you find the class helpful and would like to contribute, donations help make future community classes like this possible.
