Do you tend to slip into people pleasing patterns ending up abandoning yourself and your needs for the benefit of others and then finding yourself resentful down the road? This is for you!
You’re the one everyone can count on.
You’re understanding.
You’re accommodating.
You think about everyone else’s feelings and don’t want to make things awkward.
You’re good at keeping the peace and you’re probably really, really good at being “nice.”
But what if being nice has started costing you something?
What if you’ve become so practiced at being agreeable that you’ve lost touch with what you actually want?
What if you say “it’s fine” when it isn’t?
Say yes when you mean no?
Keep the peace instead of speaking the truth?
Understand everyone else’s perspective… while quietly abandoning your own?
And what if the part of you that keeps trying to be the good one isn’t actually the whole story?
This workshop is for the nicest person in the room.
Not to teach you how to be less kind.
But to explore what happens when kindness no longer requires you to disappear.
Together, we’ll look beneath the surface of people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, over-accommodating, and the need to be seen as “good” , and begin exploring the parts of you that may have been pushed aside in order to keep everyone else comfortable.
Because there’s a difference between being genuinely kind…
…and being afraid of what might happen if you’re not.
This is an opportunity to get curious about your patterns, reconnect with your own wants and boundaries, and practice showing up more honestly, without abandoning your compassion.
If you’re always the nicest person in the room, this one might be for you.
Come explore what becomes possible when you stop trying so hard to be the person everyone needs you to be.
