About this Event
Join Lauren every Third Thursday of the month for a workshop exploring breath and movement. We will explore different breathing techniques, use various props and techniques to open the body, fascia, and diaphragm. Never been to a breath workshop before? That's ok no experience necessary, we all breathe all day long automatically.
Learning how to regulate your breathing can assist with:
