An hour of breathwork and meditation on a Sunday morning. We start with simple breathing practices that calm the body and quiet the mind, then settle into a guided meditation. Walk out lighter, clearer, and a little more like yourself. No experience needed. Bring a cushion or mat if you have one, wear something comfortable and and maybe a shawl to put on during the meditation.
About your guide: Rupakshi Puri is an organizational psychologist, mindfulness coach, and yoga teacher, and the founder of Realign with Roop, a holistic mind, body, soul wellness practice in Philadelphia. She coaches and advises leaders on strategy, talent, and mindfulness, and through Realign she brings that same transformation to people on a personal level. Her work carries ancient wisdom alongside scientific understanding, and her hope is that whoever finds her leaves a little lighter.
