A Night of Breathwork, Meditation, Poetry, and Live Music.
In a city that rarely slows down, Breathe. Hold. Release. offers a moment to pause together. This intimate evening blends guided breathwork, meditation, poetry, and live music to create a shared experience of reflection, connection, and expression.
The night unfolds in three movements:
Breathe – Guided breathwork and grounding led by meditation facilitator Kiona, inviting us to arrive fully and reconnect with ourselves.
Hold – A moment of stillness and reflection, allowing the breath and energy in the room to settle.
Release – A curated showcase of poets, musicians, and artists sharing honest work shaped by lived experience.
Designed by E.M. Lourde & Kiona; this collaboration by Brown Hills Wellness & For The Writers is a gathering that brings together community members, writers, and performers in a space where art becomes a form of care, presence, and storytelling.
