The First Sunday of Each month November through May we will be breathing through the Chakra System!Cost 45$ each if you take 3 or more classes or 60$ for one class
Please bring a yoga mat, pillows a blanket and water bottle.
This is going to be a great way to get through the winter with community and breath!! We will focus on the qualities of each chakra and bring healing to each one every month.
Lisa has been facilitating transformational breath work for over 30 years and her specialty is working with people recovering from addiction.
