Remember the version of you who laughed easily, danced without checking who was watching and never took herself too seriously?
She's still in there. This is a night to come back to her.
Breath Haus Experience is the first gathering from Breath Haus, a space for women to come home to their bodies and to connect with each other through breath, music, and play.
Join us for an evening of dancing, laughter, healing and connection with DJ Rae, in a beautiful setting!
What to Expect:
- A signature mocktail on arrival (with thanks to The Glow Collective)
- An opening meditation to welcome you back into your body
- A dance set with DJ Rae, building to a high and bringing us back down
- A closing integration with sound bowls
- Charcuterie and sweet treats from locally owned businesses
- A room full of women ready to have fun, NO dance experience needed

- 7:00 PM: Arrive, mix and mingle
- 7:30 PM: Opening meditation
- 7:45 PM: DJ Rae
- 9:40 PM: Integration and sound bowls
- 10:00 PM: Close
Meet DJ Rae: She is the Founder of RUNION in Toronto! A DJ and the force behind sober women house music event known for selling out rooms of up to 500 women. Her joyful, feel-good energy sets will get everyone on their feet. We're thrilled to now have her coming to Guelph for this first Breath Haus night.
About Breath Haus: Newly founded in Guelph by Cait Fair. Breath Haus a feeling more than a location. The experiences are intended to bring back an element of playfulness & fun back into life. Created to connect back with ourselves and remember what it feels like to enjoy life & let the music guide you on a healing journey of its own, with no expectaions.
